Truman Rent-to-Own credits have no cash value and are not equity, not interest bearing, and not a savings account. Credits are purchase credits only and are redeemable toward eligible costs including deposit, upgrades, parking, storage, closing costs, and purchase price. Credits vest monthly and are redeemable only after a minimum tenancy period on leases of 12 months or longer. A maximum of 24 months' worth of credits may be accumulated. Credits must be used within 24 months of moving out. Credits may be forfeited in cases of eviction, fraud, or chronic nonpayment. Subject to availability.
